Hollow blow molding is a processing method in which a semi-molten plastic parison obtained by extrusion or injection molding is inflated by a compressed air in a closed mold and then cooled to obtain a hollow part. The forming process includes the manufacture of plastic parisons and the blow molding of parisons.

Blow molded hollow containers are mainly used for the manufacture of thin-walled plastic bottles, barrels and toys. It is suitable for hollow molding plastics such as PE, PVC, PS, PP, PC, etc.
The material used for hollow blow molding should have the characteristics of environmental stress crack resistance, air tightness and impact resistance.
